To achieve this goal CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our client’s expectations. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Business Building Operations promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to establish, handle, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our workers. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate participation and cultivate a positive mindset to recycling, Function as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Help our clients with the implementation of their recycling treatments, Adhere to governmental regulations concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. At our Customers' facility-- All CSI workers must follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use different containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not get rid of disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleaning items, Talk to your Manager or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any additional details regarding the facility's recycling treatments. CSI REDUCES: Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Use different containers for garbage and recyclable products at your desk and main places, Print double sided (saves approximately 50%), Utilizes paperless payroll system to alleviate paper checks to assist decrease the overall environmental footprint of our organization, Print just when needed, Evidence reads documents for errors prior to printing to avoid waste, Sends e-mail memos to conserve paper, Avoids printing emails, Reviews any paper copy storage, replace with a back- up hard disk for centralized storage, Uses email instead of sending letters by post, Switches equipment off totally in the evening and at weekends, Puts devices on power save where possible, Purchases durable devices, Has paper recycling stations beside copy machines and printers, Uses energy efficient light bulbs (Usually they take in 8% less energy than a standard bulb It lasts about 12 times longer), Flattens all cardboard boxes.
