It means supervision and management must relay a set directive of Corporate Facility Management the line worker understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our high standards for gauging job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection documents will provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Facility Management. Every building has unique challenges that demand we individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys multiple standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently delivering the Corporate Facility Management promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to establish, manage, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our workers. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our workers in the value of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate participation and promote a favorable attitude towards recycling, Function as an intermediary between CSI and our customers, Assist our customers with the application of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental guidelines concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI employees need to follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use different containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive information, Do not discard disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleaning products, Speak with your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the facility for any extra details concerning the facility's recycling treatments.
