CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Environmentally Safe Janitorial strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to develop and strengthen a way of life with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous enhancement, not just an inspection program. It means supervision and management must enforce a set directive of Environmentally Safe Janitorial the line worker follows and trusts. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview reports will provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Environmentally Safe Janitorial. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI staff members need to follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary info, Do not discard non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleaning products, Talk to your Manager or the Recycling Organizer of the center for any extra info concerning the center's recycling procedures.
