From the beginning in 1989 CSI International, Inc. has been a customer oriented and quality driven organization. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous advancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervisors and management must communicate a standard of Management Services everyone comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all segments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our high standards for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients will get regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview reports are able to provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Management Services. Every building has unique challenges that require us to individualize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Management Services promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Services GS-42, establishes ecological requirements for cleaning service providers of commercial, public, and institutional buildings, including in-house and external cleaning company, to create a green cleaning program that secures human health and the environment.
