To meet this challenge CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all departments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for gauging job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes several standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Management Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will abide by its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to establish, handle, and completely support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our staff members. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and promote a positive mindset towards recycling, Act as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Help our clients with the application of their recycling procedures, Adhere to governmental guidelines worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling procedures, Have a positive attitude to waste decrease and recycling within your workspace, Suggest or suggest methods of lowering waste. At our Customers' facility-- All CSI workers should follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use different containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not get rid of non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleaning products, Seek advice from your Supervisor or the Recycling Organizer of the facility for any extra details concerning the center's recycling treatments.
CSI DECREASES, REUSES, RECYCLES.
