CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Management Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and sustain a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued enhancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervisors and management must relay a standard of Management Services everyone follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our high standards for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis documents are capable of providing a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Management Services. Every company has unique situations that require us to customize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Management Services promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Services GS-42, develops ecological requirements for cleaning up company of business, public, and institutional buildings, including in-house and external cleaning company, to create a green cleansing program that protects human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleansing. Guidance is offered tools and items utilized for cleansing (exactly what is utilized for cleaning) and consists of staff training and planning (how cleansing is done). The standard also consists of emphasis on environmental improvements that lower toxicity, waste, and direct exposure to both building occupants and custodial staff. The standard can act as a tool to help companies start to take action to improve their cleaning service and is readily available for Green Seal certification.
