Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of disciplines that are relayed to all departments and levels of the company to insure that we continuously meet or exceed our client’s needs. CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Management Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and sustain a way of life with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous advancement, not just an inspection program. It means supervisors and management must relay a set directive of Management Services the line worker comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all segments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection reports are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Management Services. Every facility has different requirements that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI uses multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Management Services promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Providers GS-42, develops ecological requirements for cleaning up service providers of industrial, public, and institutional structures, including in-house and external cleaning company, to develop a green cleaning program that secures human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleaning. Guidance is provided for tools and items utilized for cleansing (exactly what is used for cleaning) and consists of personnel training and preparation (how cleaning is done). The standard likewise includes focus on ecological enhancements that lower toxicity, waste, and exposure to both structure occupants and custodial personnel. The requirement can work as a tool to assist business start to act to enhance their cleaning company and is available for Green Seal accreditation.
