CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Operations Management strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to create and strengthen a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous advancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must enforce a standard of Operations Management the line worker comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Operations Management. Every building has unique challenges that require us to individualize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently delivering the Operations Management promised with the best quality. Green Cleaning is described as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is dedicated to delivering a clean and healthy workplace for every one of our staff and your building’s occupants. Presidential Executive Order 13101, delivered in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton required the use of green cleaning products by building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings worldwide. Maintenance of a healthy environment is the shared job of management and employees at every stage of the CSI organization. All employees are trained and held responsible to reach the goal of eliminating the exterior’s impact on the local territory and to stress and practice environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and practices.
