Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous enhancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervisors and management must relay a set directive of Operations Management every employee comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for assessing job performance, executing training programs and identifying and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our customers will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview reports are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Operations Management. Every building has unique challenges that require us to customize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Operations Management promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Providers GS-42, establishes environmental requirements for cleaning company of commercial, public, and institutional buildings, consisting of in-house and external cleaning services, to create a green cleansing program that protects human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleaning. Assistance is provided for tools and products used for cleaning (what is used for cleaning) and consists of staff training and planning (how cleaning is done). The standard likewise consists of emphasis on environmental enhancements that reduce toxicity, waste, and exposure to both structure occupants and custodial staff. The requirement can work as a tool to assist business start to do something about it to enhance their cleaning service and is offered for Green Seal accreditation.
