From the day our doors opened in 1989 CSI International, Inc. has been a client oriented and results guided organization. The motivator behind our Quality Program is the instillment of quality that pays particular attention to customer’s demands, includes every employee, continuously measures performance, and strives to continually improve. To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management process, and a set of disciplines that are coordinated to all facets of the organization to insure that we consistently reach or exceed our customer’s requirements. CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Owner Occupied Facility Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to develop and strengthen a culture with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continued enhancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervisors and management must communicate a set directive of Owner Occupied Facility Services everyone comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis documents are able to provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Owner Occupied Facility Services. Every building has unique situations that demand we customize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes multiple standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Owner Occupied Facility Services promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is described as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is committed to providing a clean and healthy workplace for all our staff and yours. In 1992, former President Bill Clinton issued this presidential Executive Order 13101 which required the building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings globally to begin using green cleaning products. The Order also defined green cleaning for the first time, saying that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now means the best use of goods that minimize indoor pollution while reducing environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Preservation of a healthy workplace is the joint responsibility of management and staff at every level of the CSI company. All employees are trained and held accountable to achieve the goal of minimizing the exterior’s role on the local territory and to stress and practice environmentally safe, low impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI understands that the principle of stewardship-- "the obligation for managing, supervising the quality or conducting, state or condition of an institutional or business structure"- is vital to the green cleaning perspective and integral to the success of our green cleansing program. CSI is devoted to follow a set of stewardship principles that have actually been developed by leaders of the green cleaning motion. These concepts will help in our efforts to be good stewards of the structures we service, their occupants, our workers, and the total environment. Clean for health very first and appearance second, Minimize human exposure to pollutants and cleansing products, Acknowledge cleaning as an ecological health advantage, Commit to occupational advancement of cleansing workers, Communicate the worth of healthy structures, Decrease particle, moisture and chemical residue when cleansing, Make sure worker and resident safety, Contain and lower all pollutants going into the building, Dispose of cleansing products in ecologically safe methods, Establish and record regular maintenance schedules.
