What that means is supervisors and management must relay a set directive of Reliable Cleaning Services the line worker follows and trusts. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection documents are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Reliable Cleaning Services. Every facility has unique situations that require us to individualize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI uses many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Reliable Cleaning Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its clients recycling treatments. We are accountable to establish, handle, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients as well as our employees. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate participation and foster a favorable mindset to recycling, Function as an intermediary in between CSI and our customers, Assist our clients with the application of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental regulations concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items.
