It means supervision and management must relay a set directive of Reliable Cleaning Services everyone understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our customers will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview reports are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Reliable Cleaning Services. Every building has unique challenges that require us to customize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys many standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Reliable Cleaning Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will abide by its customers recycling procedures. We are accountable to develop, manage, and completely support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our workers. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our staff members in the importance of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and foster a favorable attitude towards recycling, Function as an intermediary between CSI and our customers, Assist our customers with the application of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental regulations concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items.
