CSI complies with all safety and health requirements that are enacted by local, state and federal authorities. CSI provides safety procedures, administrative controls, personal safety gear and training to reduce and eliminate exposure to hazards and prevent injury and illness. CSI has developed, and will continually refine, policies, rules, and procedures, which will contribute to the safety of all employee. Development and preservation of a safe setting is a shared responsibility of management and staff at all levels of the company. For this reason, all practical efforts should be made to reach the intention of improved safety and protecting employee health. Our philosophy is to control and minimize, to the greatest amount possible, any risk associated in the undertaking of our Safe Building Management. CSI has the responsibility to: Wholly and entirely support the Safety Program, Perpetuate a working environment that is safe and healthy for the employees, Adhere to occupational safety and health standards, rules, regulations and orders, Maintain an effective accident avoidance program. We expect all employees to work in a manner of solid safe practices as displayed, trained, and reviewed. Supervisors require that staff observe and execute every rule, regulation and order needed for the safe performance of labor, and require they take appropriate steps necessary to secure compliance. Staff will submit to CSI’s safety protocol by following all safety rules, telling management about unsafe situations and recommending ways to improve upon the CSI Safety Program. There is no job so pertinent—nor any service so urgent—that staff should avoid working safely. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its customers recycling treatments.
