CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Safe Facility Maintenance strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to develop and strengthen a culture with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continued improvement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervisors and management must relay a set directive of Safe Facility Maintenance everyone comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all segments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our high standards for gauging job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview documents are able to provide a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Safe Facility Maintenance. Every facility has unique challenges that require us to customize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Safe Facility Maintenance promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its customers recycling treatments.
