CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Value Added Building Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to develop and sustain a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continued enhancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must relay a standard of Value Added Building Services the line worker understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for assessing job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis reports will provide a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Value Added Building Services. Every building has unique challenges that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Value Added Building Services promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Services GS-42, develops ecological requirements for cleaning service providers of industrial, public, and institutional structures, consisting of in-house and external cleaning company, to create a green cleaning program that protects human health and the environment. The basic takes a systems approach with cleansing. Guidance is offered tools and products utilized for cleaning (what is used for cleaning) and consists of personnel training and preparation (how cleaning is done). The requirement also consists of focus on ecological enhancements that minimize toxicity, waste, and exposure to both building occupants and custodial personnel. The standard can work as a tool to assist business begin to do something about it to enhance their cleaning company and is readily available for Green Seal accreditation.
