To reach this high mark CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our high standards for measuring job performance, executing training programs and identifying and surpassing our client’s expectations. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI uses several traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Leed Green Nation Cleaning Services promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Solutions GS-42, develops ecological requirements for cleaning up service providers of business, public, and institutional buildings, consisting of in-house and external cleaning company, to develop a green cleaning program that protects human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleaning. Assistance is offered tools and products utilized for cleansing (what is used for cleaning) and includes staff training and planning (how cleaning is done). The requirement also consists of focus on environmental improvements that reduce toxicity, waste, and exposure to both structure residents and custodial personnel. The standard can act as a tool to help business start to act to enhance their cleaning service and is readily available for Green Seal certification.
