From our start in 1989 CSI International, Inc. has been a customer focused and results demanding company. The primary purpose of our Quality Program is the instillment of quality that focuses on customer’s expectations, includes every employee, maintains continuous performance levels, and strives to continually improve. To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management process, and a set of disciplines that are coordinated to all facets of the organization to insure that all employees consistently meet or surpass our customer’s requirements. CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Business Building Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a culture with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a task of continued improvement, not just an observation platform. It means supervisors and management must enforce a standard of Business Building Services the line worker comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all aspects of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for assessing job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection reports are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Business Building Services. Every facility has different requirements that demand we individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Business Building Services promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Providers GS-42, develops ecological requirements for cleaning service providers of industrial, public, and institutional structures, including in-house and external cleaning services, to produce a green cleansing program that secures human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleaning. Guidance is offered tools and items used for cleaning (what is utilized for cleansing) and includes staff training and preparation (how cleaning is done). The requirement likewise includes focus on ecological enhancements that lower toxicity, waste, and direct exposure to both building occupants and custodial personnel. The requirement can function as a tool to help companies begin to take action to improve their cleaning company and is offered for Green Seal certification.
