CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Business Building Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous enhancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a set directive of Business Building Services every employee understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all aspects of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our clients receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis reports will provide a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Business Building Services. Every company has different requirements that demand we customize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Business Building Services promised with the best quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is devoted to providing a clean and healthy place of employment for every one of our employees and yours. Presidential Executive Order 13101, issued in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton required the use of green cleaning products by facility managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings globally. Executive Order 13101 also clarified what green cleaning is for the first time, communicating that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning is now the most favorable use of products that reduce indoor pollution while reducing environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Maintaining of a healthy workplace is the shared job of management and employees at all stages of the CSI company. Every staff member is trained and held accountable to reach the goal of eliminating the exterior’s role on the local environment and to highlight and practice environmentally safe, low impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI understands that the idea of stewardship-- "the obligation for handling, conducting or monitoring the quality, state or condition of an institutional or commercial structure"- is important to the green cleaning viewpoint and essential to the success of our green cleaning program. CSI is committed to follow a set of stewardship principles that have been established by leaders of the green cleansing motion.
