CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Business Facility Maintenance strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to create and sustain a way of life with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous advancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a set directive of Business Facility Maintenance everyone comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for assessing job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection documents are able to provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Business Facility Maintenance. Every facility has unique situations that require us to customize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes several standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently delivering the Business Facility Maintenance promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will adhere to its customers recycling treatments.
