It means supervisors and management must communicate a standard of Cleaning Services the line worker understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our top levels for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis documents are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Cleaning Services. Every facility has unique challenges that require us to customize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Cleaning Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its clients recycling treatments. We are accountable to develop, handle, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients as well as our staff members. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and promote a positive mindset towards recycling, Serve as an intermediary in between CSI and our customers, Assist our clients with the implementation of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental regulations concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. At our Clients' center-- All CSI employees need to follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary info, Do not get rid of non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleansing items, Speak with your Supervisor or the Recycling Organizer of the facility for any additional information regarding the center's recycling procedures.
