The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our high standards for gauging job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Cleaning Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its clients recycling procedures. We are responsible to develop, handle, and completely support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our staff members. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our staff members in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and promote a positive mindset to recycling, Function as a liaison between CSI and our customers, Assist our clients with the execution of their recycling treatments, Comply with governmental regulations concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items.
