Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous improvement, not just an inspection program. It means supervisors and management must communicate a standard of Cleaning Services the line worker understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all aspects of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our top levels for assessing job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis documents will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Cleaning Services. Every facility has unique challenges that demand we individualize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys several standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Cleaning Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will abide by its clients recycling treatments. We are accountable to establish, handle, and completely support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our staff members. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our workers in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and promote a favorable attitude to recycling, Function as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Assist our clients with the execution of their recycling treatments, Comply with governmental guidelines concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. At our Customers' facility-- All CSI workers should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleansing items, Talk to your Supervisor or the Recycling Planner of the facility for any additional information relating to the center's recycling procedures.
