Development and conservation of a safe environment is the shared responsibility of management and employees at all levels of the company. To this end, every sensible effort should be made to accomplish the goal of accident prevention and protecting employee health. Our philosophy is to control and eliminate, to the greatest amount possible, any risk involved in the performance of our Corporate Building Operations. CSI has the responsibility to: Wholly and entirely reinforce the Safety Program, Perpetuate a workplace that is safe and healthful for the staff, Obey occupational safety and health standards, rules, regulations and orders, Maintain an advantageous accident avoidance plan. Supervisors stress that employees observe and execute every rule, regulation and order necessary for the safe performance of labor, and shall take such appropriate steps needed to secure compliance. Employees will contribute to the company safety program by obeying all safety rules, bringing unsafe conditions to the attention of management and recommending actions to improve the effectiveness of the CSI Safety Program. There is no job so crucial—nor any service so urgent—that employees should avoid working safely. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its customers recycling treatments. We are accountable to establish, manage, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our staff members. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our workers in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and cultivate a positive mindset to recycling, Serve as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Help our customers with the implementation of their recycling procedures, Adhere to governmental regulations worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. Company Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling procedures, Have a positive mindset to waste reduction and recycling within your workspace, Advise or recommend ways of reducing waste. At our Customers' center-- All CSI workers need to follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage different containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not throw away non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleansing items, Consult with your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the center for any additional details concerning the facility's recycling treatments.
