The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and surpassing our customer’s expectations. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI uses multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Corporate Building Operations promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to develop, handle, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our staff members. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our staff members in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and promote a positive mindset to recycling, Function as an intermediary in between CSI and our customers, Help our customers with the implementation of their recycling treatments, Comply with governmental guidelines concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items.
