Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management process, and a set of disciplines that are coordinated to all facets of the organization to insure that all employees continuously reach or surpass our client’s expectations. CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Facilities Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and sustain a culture with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous improvement, not just an observation platform. It means supervision and management must relay a standard of Facilities Services everyone follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all aspects of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for measuring job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Facilities Services. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Facilities Services promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is described as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI International, Inc. is committed to providing a clean and healthy working environment for every one of our employees and yours. Presidential Executive Order 13101, issued in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton directed the building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated facilities worldwide to start using green cleaning products. The Order also defined green cleaning for the first time, stating that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning is now the best use of products that diminish indoor pollution while reducing environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Maintaining of a healthy workplace is the shared task of management and staff at every level of the CSI company.
