The main reason for our Quality Program is the creation of a quality craft that focuses on customer’s needs, includes employees at all levels, maintains continuous performance levels, and strives to continually improve. Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of disciplines that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the organization to make sure that we consistently meet or exceed our customer’s requirements. CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Facilities Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to create and strengthen a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous enhancement, not just an observation platform. It means supervision and management must relay a set directive of Facilities Services everyone understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our high standards for assessing job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Facilities Services. Every facility has different requirements that require us to individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI uses multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Facilities Services promised with the best quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI International, Inc. is dedicated to providing a clean and healthy workplace for every one of our employees and yours. Presidential Executive Order 13101, delivered in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton required the use of green cleaning products by facility managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings worldwide. Executive Order 13101 also clarified what green cleaning is for the first time, communicating that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now means the most favorable use of goods that minimize indoor pollution while reducing environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Maintaining of a healthy environment is the joint responsibility of supervisors and employees at every stage of the CSI organization. Every staff member is trained and held accountable to achieve the goal of reducing the exterior’s impact on the local territory and to stress and execute environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and practices. CSI comprehends that the idea of stewardship-- "the responsibility for managing, supervising the quality or performing, state or condition of an institutional or industrial structure"- is essential to the green cleansing viewpoint and important to the success of our green cleansing program. CSI is devoted to follow a set of stewardship concepts that have actually been developed by leaders of the green cleansing motion.
