To achieve this goal CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all segments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our top levels for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and surpassing our customer’s expectations. The end result is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently delivering the Facilities Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will adhere to its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to establish, handle, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our employees. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our staff members in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and promote a positive mindset towards recycling, Serve as an intermediary between CSI and our clients, Assist our customers with the application of their recycling treatments, Adhere to governmental policies concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. At our Customers' center-- All CSI employees should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive info, Do not discard disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleaning products, Consult with your Manager or the Recycling Organizer of the center for any additional information relating to the center's recycling procedures.
