Quality for CSI is a task of continuous advancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervision and management must communicate a set directive of Facility Maintenance everyone follows and trusts. To achieve this goal CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all departments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients will get regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports are capable of providing a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Facility Maintenance. Every company has unique situations that require us to customize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI uses several traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Facility Maintenance promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its clients recycling procedures. We are accountable to develop, handle, and completely support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our staff members. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our staff members in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate participation and promote a positive mindset to recycling, Act as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Help our clients with the application of their recycling procedures, Adhere to governmental regulations worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. At our Customers' center-- All CSI staff members should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage different containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary details, Do not get rid of non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleaning products, Consult with your Manager or the Recycling Organizer of the facility for any additional info regarding the center's recycling procedures. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (probably paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and containers, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, throws caps and covers in the trash, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles workplace furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and cellphones.
