Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a base, a management process, and a set of rules that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the organization to make sure that all employees continuously reach or exceed our client’s expectations. CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Facility Maintenance strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and sustain a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continued improvement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervision and management must relay a standard of Facility Maintenance everyone comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview documents will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Facility Maintenance. Every building has different requirements that require us to customize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Facility Maintenance promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is committed to delivering a clean and healthy workplace for all our employees and yours. Presidential Executive Order 13101, delivered in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton required the building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated facilities worldwide to start using green cleaning products. The Order also established what green cleaning was for the first time, communicating that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning is now the best use of products that minimize indoor pollution while reducing environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Preservation of a healthy workplace is the shared responsibility of management and employees at every stage of the CSI company. Every staff member is trained and held accountable to achieve the goal of minimizing the exterior’s role on the local territory and to stress and execute environmentally safe, low impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI understands that the principle of stewardship-- "the obligation for handling, carrying out or supervising the quality, state or condition of an institutional or business building"- is important to the green cleaning perspective and integral to the success of our green cleaning program. CSI is devoted to follow a set of stewardship principles that have been developed by leaders of the green cleansing motion. These principles will help in our efforts to be excellent stewards of the buildings we service, their occupants, our workers, and the general environment.
