From our start in 1989 CSI International, Inc. has been a customer oriented and results guided company. The main reason for our Quality Program is the establishment of a quality culture that focuses on customer’s demands, includes employees at all levels, maintains continuous performance levels, and strives to continually improve. To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management process, and a set of rules that are relayed to all facets of the company to make sure that we continuously reach or surpass our client’s expectations. CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Facility Maintenance strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a way of life with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous enhancement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a standard of Facility Maintenance every employee comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all departments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our top levels for measuring job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our client’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview reports will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Facility Maintenance. Every company has different requirements that demand we individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The end result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Facility Maintenance promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Providers GS-42, establishes ecological requirements for cleaning up provider of commercial, public, and institutional buildings, including in-house and external cleaning services, to create a green cleaning program that secures human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleaning. Assistance is attended to tools and products used for cleansing (what is utilized for cleansing) and consists of personnel training and preparation (how cleansing is done). The standard likewise consists of focus on environmental improvements that decrease toxicity, waste, and exposure to both building occupants and custodial staff.
