CSI provides safety procedures, administrative commands, personal safety equipment and instruction to dampen and diminish exposure to hazards and stop injury and illness. We have developed, and will constantly redo, policies, rules, and techniques, which will improve upon the safety of everyone involved. Development and conservation of a safe environment is a joint function of management and employees at all levels of the organization. For this purpose, all reasonable efforts needs to be taken to achieve the goal of improved safety and health preservation. Our thinking is to control and minimize, to the greatest extent possible, any risk associated in the performance of our Handyman Services. CSI has the accountability to: Perfectly and thoroughly sustain the Safety Program, Maintain a working environment that is safe and healthy for the staff, Adhere to occupational safety and health standards, rules, regulations and orders, Maintain an effective accident prevention plan. We expect all employees to work in a manner of good safety procedures as posted, instructed, and discussed. Management stress that staff observe and obey every rule, regulation and order necessary for the safe performance of their job, and require they take appropriate steps needed to secure compliance. Staff will contribute to the company safety protocol by obeying all safety rules, telling management about unsafe situations and recommending ways to improve upon the CSI Safety Program. There is no task so pertinent—nor any service so critical—that staff cannot take the time to work safely. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is dedicated to providing a clean and healthy working environment for all our employees and your building’s occupants. Presidential Executive Order 13101, delivered in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton lead the building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings worldwide to begin using green cleaning products. Executive Order 13101 also defined green cleaning for the first time, communicating that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now stands for the best use of goods that minimize indoor pollution as well as reduce environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Maintaining of a healthy workplace is the shared task of supervisors and staff at all stages of the CSI company. Every staff member is trained and held responsible to achieve the goal of reducing the exterior’s role on the local environment and to highlight and execute environmentally safe, low impact cleaning chemicals and practices. CSI understands that the idea of stewardship-- "the duty for handling, conducting or supervising the quality, state or condition of an institutional or business building"- is important to the green cleaning viewpoint and integral to the success of our green cleaning program. CSI is committed to follow a set of stewardship concepts that have been established by leaders of the green cleaning motion.
