It means supervisors and management must communicate a set directive of Integrated Building Services every employee comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for measuring job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our clients receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview reports are able to provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Integrated Building Services. Every facility has unique challenges that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI uses many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Integrated Building Services promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Providers GS-42, establishes ecological requirements for cleaning provider of industrial, public, and institutional buildings, including in-house and external cleaning services, to create a green cleaning program that protects human health and the environment. The basic takes a systems approach with cleansing.
