CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Integrated Building Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to create and strengthen a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued advancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervision and management must enforce a standard of Integrated Building Services everyone understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our top levels for assessing job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Integrated Building Services. Every facility has different requirements that demand we individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys multiple traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Integrated Building Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its customers recycling treatments. We are responsible to develop, manage, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients as well as our workers. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and promote a favorable attitude to recycling, Act as an intermediary in between CSI and our customers, Assist our clients with the implementation of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental policies worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling treatments, Have a favorable mindset towards waste reduction and recycling within your working area, Advise or recommend methods of minimizing waste. At our Customers' center-- All CSI workers should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage different containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive info, Do not discard disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleaning products, Speak with your Supervisor or the Recycling Planner of the facility for any extra information regarding the center's recycling procedures. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant material (more than likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and containers, and tin/steel food and drink cans, tosses caps and lids in the trash, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles workplace furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and cellphones.
