CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Integrated Building Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to develop and strengthen a culture with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continued advancement, not just an observation platform. It means supervisors and management must communicate a standard of Integrated Building Services every employee understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all departments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our high standards for gauging job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection reports are able to provide a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Integrated Building Services. Every company has unique situations that require us to individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently delivering the Integrated Building Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its customers recycling treatments. We are responsible to develop, manage, and completely support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients as well as our workers. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and promote a favorable mindset to recycling, Serve as a liaison between CSI and our clients, Help our customers with the execution of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental regulations worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. Business Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling treatments, Have a favorable mindset towards waste reduction and recycling within your workspace, Advise or suggest methods of decreasing waste. At our Clients' center-- All CSI employees need to follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage different containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary details, Do not throw away non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleaning items, Speak with your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the facility for any additional information concerning the facility's recycling procedures.
