CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Luxury Concierge Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to develop and sustain a way of life with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continued enhancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervisors and management must relay a standard of Luxury Concierge Services everyone follows and trusts. To meet this challenge CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all segments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for assessing job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview documents are capable of providing a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Luxury Concierge Services. Every company has unique situations that demand we individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys several standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Luxury Concierge Services promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI International, Inc. is devoted to delivering a clean and healthy working environment for all our staff and yours. Presidential Executive Order 13101, issued in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton directed the use of green cleaning products by facility managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings worldwide. The Order also established what green cleaning was for the first time, stating that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now means the most favorable use of products that reduce indoor pollution while reducing environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Maintenance of a healthy environment is the joint task of supervisors and staff at all levels of the CSI organization. All staff is trained and held responsible to achieve the goal of eliminating the exterior’s impact on the local territory and to stress and practice environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and practices. CSI understands that the concept of stewardship-- "the responsibility for handling, monitoring the quality or carrying out, state or condition of a business or institutional structure"- is important to the green cleansing perspective and integral to the success of our green cleaning program. CSI is devoted to follow a set of stewardship concepts that have been established by leaders of the green cleaning movement. These concepts will help in our efforts to be great stewards of the structures we service, their residents, our employees, and the overall environment.
