CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Luxury Concierge Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continued improvement, not just an inspection program. It means supervisors and management must communicate a standard of Luxury Concierge Services the line worker follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all segments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis documents will provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Luxury Concierge Services. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Providers GS-42, establishes environmental requirements for cleaning up provider of business, public, and institutional structures, consisting of in-house and external cleaning company, to produce a green cleansing program that protects human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleansing.
