CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Operations Maintenance strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to develop and sustain a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous improvement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervision and management must relay a set directive of Operations Maintenance everyone comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all segments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis documents will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Operations Maintenance. Every facility has unique situations that demand we customize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI uses multiple traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Operations Maintenance promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is devoted to delivering a clean and healthy workplace for all our staff and your building’s occupants. Presidential Executive Order 13101, delivered in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton lead the facility managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings globally to start using green cleaning products. Executive Order 13101 also defined green cleaning for the first time, communicating that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now means the most favorable use of goods that reduce indoor pollution while reducing environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Maintenance of a healthy environment is the shared task of supervisors and staff at every level of the CSI company. Every staff member is trained and held accountable to achieve the goal of eliminating the exterior’s impact on the local environment and to stress and execute environmentally safe, low impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI comprehends that the principle of stewardship-- "the obligation for handling, conducting or monitoring the quality, state or condition of a commercial or institutional structure"- is important to the green cleaning point of view and integral to the success of our green cleansing program. CSI is dedicated to follow a set of stewardship concepts that have actually been established by pioneers of the green cleaning movement.
