To meet this challenge CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all aspects of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI uses multiple traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Operations Maintenance promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will adhere to its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to establish, manage, and totally support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our staff members. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and foster a positive attitude to recycling, Act as a liaison between CSI and our customers, Assist our customers with the execution of their recycling treatments, Comply with governmental guidelines worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. Business Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling treatments, Have a favorable mindset to waste decrease and recycling within your working area, Suggest or recommend methods of decreasing waste. At our Customers' facility-- All CSI staff members need to follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage different containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive information, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleaning products, Consult with your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the center for any extra info relating to the facility's recycling treatments. CSI REDUCES: Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Use separate containers for garbage and recyclable products at your desk and main places, Print double sided (conserves approximately 50%), Utilizes paperless payroll system to alleviate paper checks to assist lessen the general environmental footprint of our company, Print only when essential, Evidence checks out documents for mistakes prior to printing to prevent waste, Sends out email memos to conserve paper, Avoids printing e-mails, Examines any hard copy storage, change with a back- up hard disk drive for central storage, Uses e-mail instead of sending letters by post, Switches devices off entirely in the evening and at weekends, Puts devices on power save where possible, Purchases long lasting equipment, Has paper recycling stations next to copy machines and printers, Uses energy efficient light bulbs (Typically they consume 8% less energy than a basic bulb It lasts about 12 times longer), Flattens all cardboard boxes. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (most likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and containers, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, tosses caps and covers in the trash, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furniture, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and smart phones.
