CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Leed Green Nation Operations strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and sustain a culture with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued improvement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a set directive of Leed Green Nation Operations every employee understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all departments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview reports will provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Leed Green Nation Operations. Every facility has different requirements that demand we customize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Leed Green Nation Operations promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its clients recycling treatments. We are accountable to establish, handle, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our staff members. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and foster a favorable attitude to recycling, Serve as an intermediary in between CSI and our clients, Help our customers with the application of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental regulations worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling treatments, Have a positive mindset towards waste reduction and recycling within your workspace, Recommend or suggest methods of decreasing waste. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI staff members must follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use different containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary details, Do not discard non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleaning items, Consult with your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the center for any additional details relating to the facility's recycling procedures. CSI REDUCES: Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Use separate containers for trash and recyclable materials at your desk and main areas, Print double sided (saves as much as 50%), Uses paperless payroll system to ease paper checks to assist minimize the total ecological footprint of our organization, Print only when essential, Evidence reads files for errors prior to printing to prevent waste, Sends email memos to save paper, Prevents printing emails, Evaluates any paper copy storage, change with a back- up hard disk for centralized storage, Uses e-mail instead of sending letters by post, Switches devices off totally at night and at weekends, Puts equipment on power save where possible, Purchases durable equipment, Has paper recycling stations next to copy machines and printers, Utilizes energy effective light bulbs (Usually they consume 8% less energy than a basic bulb It lasts about 12 times longer), Flattens all cardboard boxes. REUSES: Reuses envelopes for internal circulation, Reuses tidy side of used paper for internal printing, Converts scrap paper into post-it notes, Purchases sticky labels to cover old addresses and reuse envelopes externally, Purchases sticky labels to cover old addresses and reuse envelopes externally, Aims to utilize paper for more than one purpose, Reuses inbound product packaging and boxes for outbound shipments, Gets rid of plastic drink cups from the water cooler and use reusable mugs, Repair works furniture where possible or contribute it to charity, Shreds low-quality paper and usage as product packaging. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (more than likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and containers, and tin/steel food and drink cans, tosses caps and covers in the garbage, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furniture, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and mobile phones.
