Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management plan, and a set of rules that are relayed to all facets of the company to make sure that we consistently meet or surpass our client’s needs. CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Leed Green Nation Operations strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to develop and sustain a culture with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a task of continued advancement, not just an observation platform. It means supervision and management must communicate a set directive of Leed Green Nation Operations everyone comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all segments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our top levels for gauging job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview documents are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Leed Green Nation Operations. Every building has unique situations that demand we customize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our staff members in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and cultivate a positive mindset to recycling, Serve as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Assist our clients with the application of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental policies worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling treatments, Have a favorable attitude towards waste reduction and recycling within your working area, Recommend or recommend ways of lowering waste. At our Customers' center-- All CSI staff members should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary info, Do not throw away non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleansing products, Speak with your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the facility for any additional information concerning the facility's recycling treatments.
