CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Leed Green Nation Operations strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and strengthen a way of life with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continued enhancement, not just an inspection program. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all aspects of our company. Our customers will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis documents are capable of providing a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Leed Green Nation Operations. Every building has unique challenges that demand we individualize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses several standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Leed Green Nation Operations promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its customers recycling treatments. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our workers in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and promote a favorable attitude to recycling, Function as an intermediary in between CSI and our clients, Help our customers with the execution of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental regulations concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI workers should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not discard disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleaning items, Consult with your Supervisor or the Recycling Organizer of the center for any additional details regarding the center's recycling procedures. CSI REDUCES: Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Usage separate containers for garbage and recyclable products at your desk and main places, Print double sided (conserves up to 50%), Utilizes paperless payroll system to ease paper checks to assist reduce the general ecological footprint of our organization, Print just when required, Proof reads documents for errors before printing to avoid waste, Sends e-mail memos to conserve paper, Avoids printing emails, Examines any paper copy storage, change with a back- up hard disk drive for centralized storage, Utilizes email instead of corresponding by post, Changes devices off totally in the evening and at weekends, Puts devices on power save where possible, Purchases resilient equipment, Has paper recycling stations next to photocopiers and printers, Utilizes energy effective light bulbs (On average they consume 8% less energy than a basic bulb It lasts about 12 times longer), Flattens all cardboard boxes. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (more than likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and jars, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, tosses caps and lids in the trash, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles workplace furniture, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and cellphones.
