Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management process, and a set of guidelines that are relayed to all facets of the company to make sure that all employees continuously reach or surpass our customer’s requirements. CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Leed Green Nation Operations strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to create and sustain a culture with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous improvement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervisors and management must communicate a standard of Leed Green Nation Operations everyone comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all departments of our business. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview reports are able to provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Leed Green Nation Operations. Every building has unique challenges that require us to individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its customers recycling procedures. We are responsible to develop, manage, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our staff members. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the importance of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage participation and promote a favorable mindset to recycling, Act as a liaison between CSI and our clients, Help our clients with the execution of their recycling treatments, Adhere to governmental guidelines worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI staff members must follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not discard non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleansing items, Seek advice from your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the facility for any extra details regarding the center's recycling treatments.
