To reach this high mark CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for measuring job performance, executing training programs and identifying and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview reports will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Business Cleaning Services. Every building has unique situations that demand we individualize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes several traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Business Cleaning Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its customers recycling procedures. We are accountable to develop, manage, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our staff members. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate participation and promote a positive mindset to recycling, Serve as a liaison in between CSI and our clients, Assist our customers with the application of their recycling procedures, Comply with governmental policies concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI employees must follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not discard disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleaning items, Consult with your Supervisor or the Recycling Organizer of the center for any extra info relating to the facility's recycling procedures.
