This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI uses multiple traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Business Facility Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to develop, manage, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients as well as our employees. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the importance of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and cultivate a positive mindset to recycling, Act as a liaison between CSI and our customers, Help our customers with the implementation of their recycling procedures, Adhere to governmental guidelines worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Company Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling procedures, Have a positive attitude to waste reduction and recycling within your workspace, Suggest or recommend methods of decreasing waste. At our Customers' center-- All CSI employees need to follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use different containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary info, Do not throw away non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleaning products, Consult with your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the facility for any extra information relating to the center's recycling treatments.
