This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our high standards for gauging job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our client’s expectations. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys many standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Business Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will abide by its customers recycling procedures. We are accountable to establish, handle, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our workers. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our staff members in the value of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage participation and promote a favorable attitude to recycling, Serve as a liaison in between CSI and our clients, Help our customers with the implementation of their recycling treatments, Adhere to governmental regulations concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. Business Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling procedures, Have a favorable mindset to waste reduction and recycling within your workspace, Advise or recommend methods of minimizing waste. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI employees need to follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleaning items, Speak with your Manager or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any additional details concerning the center's recycling procedures. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (more than likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and jars, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, throws caps and lids in the garbage, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles workplace furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and mobile phones.
