CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Business Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to develop and strengthen a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous improvement, not just an observation platform. It means supervision and management must enforce a standard of Business Services every employee understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all departments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Business Services. Every company has unique challenges that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The end result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys several standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Business Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its clients recycling treatments. We are accountable to establish, manage, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our staff members. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our staff members in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and cultivate a favorable mindset towards recycling, Act as an intermediary in between CSI and our clients, Help our customers with the application of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental guidelines concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. At our Customers' facility-- All CSI staff members must follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleansing items, Talk to your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the facility for any extra information concerning the facility's recycling treatments. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (probably paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and containers, and tin/steel food and drink cans, throws caps and covers in the trash, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furniture, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and cellphones.
