Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued improvement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervisors and management must communicate a standard of Business Services everyone comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all segments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our high standards for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our clients will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection documents will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Business Services. Every company has unique challenges that demand we customize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes many standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Business Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its clients recycling procedures. We are accountable to develop, manage, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients as well as our workers.
