From our start in 1989 CSI International, Inc. has always been a client focused and results demanding organization. The primary purpose of our Quality Program is the establishment of a quality culture that pays particular attention to customer’s demands, includes every employee, maintains continuous performance levels, and thrives on continuous improvement. To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of disciplines that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the organization to insure that all employees continuously meet or surpass our customer’s expectations. CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Business Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to create and strengthen a culture with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued improvement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervision and management must communicate a set directive of Business Services everyone understands and believes in. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all departments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis documents will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Business Services. Every building has unique situations that require us to individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys several traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Business Services promised with the best quality. CSI's ecologically responsible items coupled with our "green" initiatives are protecting the environment'& #39; s health and yours. CSI Green uses only eco-responsible items, including low allergenic, non-toxic and biodegradable cleaning agents, HEPA ® micro-filtered vacuum cleaners and microfiber fabrics and mops. Cleaning up "green" helps in decreasing direct exposure to potentially harmful chemicals that can threaten the health and wellness of building occupants, visitors and the cleansing staffs plus lowering the negative effect on the environment. Leadership in Energy and Environmental Style-- LEED: Is the most comprehensive, reliable and well acknowledged accreditation requirement that differentiates green buildings by style, building and construction and operation from the rest of the market, is a design guideline to move structure construction and operation towards sustainability, Is an integrated green building design training program. Utilization of micro fiber mops and cleaning clothes where applicable, Encouraging clients to utilize only "Green Sealed" consumables items, Administer center recycling programs, Install and utilize washer and dryer centers to wash micro fiber mops and clothes where applicable, Circulation of our study cards to collect occupant feedback so that we can evaluate and improve our procedures and treatments, All order supplying is done digitally, Transitioned to online paperless payroll system to ... recycle, online applications background checks-- HR, group cleaning digitally saving where centers approval where possible.
