To meet this challenge CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all departments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our top levels for gauging job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our clients will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview documents will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Business Services. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI uses many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Business Services promised with the best quality. Green Cleaning is described as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI International, Inc. is devoted to delivering a clean and healthy working environment for all our employees and yours. In 1992, former President Bill Clinton delivered this presidential Executive Order 13101 which required the building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings worldwide to begin using green cleaning products. Executive Order 13101 also clarified what green cleaning is for the first time, communicating that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning is now the most favorable use of goods that minimize indoor pollution while reducing environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Maintaining of a healthy environment is the shared job of supervisors and employees at all stages of the CSI company. All employees are trained and held accountable to reach the goal of reducing the exterior’s role on the local territory and to stress and exercise environmentally safe, low impact cleaning chemicals and practices.
