CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Business Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to develop and sustain a way of life with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continued enhancement, not just an observation platform. It means supervision and management must enforce a set directive of Business Services every employee follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all departments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for assessing job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection reports are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Business Services. Every company has unique challenges that require us to individualize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Business Services promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Services GS-42, develops environmental requirements for cleaning company of business, public, and institutional buildings, including in-house and external cleaning services, to create a green cleaning program that secures human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleansing. Assistance is offered tools and items utilized for cleansing (exactly what is used for cleaning) and consists of staff training and planning (how cleaning is done). The requirement also consists of focus on environmental enhancements that decrease toxicity, waste, and direct exposure to both building occupants and custodial personnel. The standard can act as a tool to help companies begin to act to enhance their cleaning service and is offered for Green Seal accreditation.
