From our start in 1989 CSI International, Inc. has always been a customer oriented and quality demanding organization. The motivator behind our Quality Program is the establishment of a quality culture that pays particular attention to customer’s needs, involves every level of employee, maintains continuous performance levels, and thrives on continuous improvement. To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management process, and a set of rules that are relayed to all departments and levels of the company to make sure that all employees consistently meet or exceed our client’s requirements. CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Corporate Building Management strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to develop and sustain a way of life with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued enhancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervisors and management must communicate a set directive of Corporate Building Management the line worker understands and believes in. To achieve this goal CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all segments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our top levels for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis documents will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Building Management. Every building has different requirements that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI uses many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Corporate Building Management promised with uncompromising quality. CSI's environmentally accountable items combined with our "green" initiatives are protecting the environment'& #39; s health and yours. CSI Green uses only eco-responsible items, including low allergenic, non-toxic and biodegradable cleaner, HEPA ® micro-filtered vacuum and microfiber fabrics and mops. Cleaning up "green" assists in lowering direct exposure to possibly damaging chemicals that can endanger the health and wellness of building occupants, visitors and the cleansing staffs plus minimizing the negative influence on the environment. Management in Energy and Environmental Design-- LEED: Is the most extensive, reliable and well recognized accreditation requirement that identifies green structures by style, building and construction and operation from the rest of the market, is a design guideline to move building construction and operation toward sustainability, Is an integrated green building design training program. Utilization of micro fiber mops and cleaning clothes where appropriate, Encouraging customers to utilize just "Green Sealed" consumables products, Administer facility recycling programs, Install and use washer and clothes dryer facilities to wash micro fiber mops and clothing where applicable, Circulation of our survey cards to collect occupant feedback so that we can examine and improve our processes and procedures, All order providing is done electronically, Transitioned to online paperless payroll system to ... recycle, online applications background checks-- HR, group cleansing electronically saving where facilities approval where possible.
