Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management plan, and a set of rules that are coordinated to all facets of the company to insure that all employees consistently reach or surpass our client’s requirements. CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Corporate Building Management strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a culture with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous enhancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must enforce a standard of Corporate Building Management every employee understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for measuring job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview reports are able to provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Building Management. Every facility has unique situations that demand we customize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Corporate Building Management promised with the best quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is dedicated to providing a clean and healthy working environment for every one of our employees and yours. Presidential Executive Order 13101, delivered in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton directed the use of green cleaning products by building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated facilities globally. Executive Order 13101 also clarified what green cleaning is for the first time, saying that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now means the most favorable use of goods that diminish indoor pollution simultaneously reducing environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Preservation of a healthy environment is the joint task of management and staff at all levels of the CSI company. Every employee is trained and held accountable to achieve the goal of reducing the exterior’s impact on the local environment and to stress and practice environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and practices. CSI comprehends that the idea of stewardship-- "the obligation for handling, conducting or monitoring the quality, state or condition of an institutional or commercial building"- is necessary to the green cleaning perspective and important to the success of our green cleansing program. CSI is committed to follow a set of stewardship principles that have been established by pioneers of the green cleaning movement.
