Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of disciplines that are coordinated to all facets of the company to make sure that all employees continuously reach or exceed our client’s requirements. CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Corporate Facility Operations strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to develop and sustain a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continued enhancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervisors and management must communicate a standard of Corporate Facility Operations every employee understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for assessing job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our customers will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection documents are capable of providing a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Facility Operations. Every company has different requirements that demand we individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys multiple standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Corporate Facility Operations promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its customers recycling procedures. We are responsible to develop, handle, and completely support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our staff members. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and promote a positive mindset towards recycling, Act as a liaison in between CSI and our clients, Assist our clients with the implementation of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental regulations concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. Company Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling procedures, Have a favorable mindset towards waste decrease and recycling within your working area, Recommend or suggest ways of minimizing waste. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI employees must follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary info, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleaning products, Talk to your Manager or the Recycling Coordinator of the facility for any additional details relating to the facility's recycling procedures.
