CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Corporate Facility Operations strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a way of life with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continued advancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervisors and management must relay a standard of Corporate Facility Operations the line worker follows and trusts. To achieve this goal CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all segments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for measuring job performance, executing training programs and identifying and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients will get regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection documents are capable of providing a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Facility Operations. Every building has unique situations that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys several standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently delivering the Corporate Facility Operations promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Providers GS-42, establishes ecological requirements for cleaning up service providers of commercial, public, and institutional buildings, consisting of in-house and external cleaning services, to create a green cleaning program that protects human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleansing. Assistance is provided for tools and products used for cleaning (exactly what is utilized for cleaning) and consists of staff training and planning (how cleansing is done).
