CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Facility Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and strengthen a culture with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued advancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must relay a standard of Facility Services the line worker comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all departments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for measuring job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our clients will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection documents are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Facility Services. Every facility has unique situations that demand we individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently delivering the Facility Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to establish, manage, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our staff members. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our staff members in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and cultivate a favorable mindset towards recycling, Act as a liaison between CSI and our clients, Assist our clients with the application of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental policies concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI employees must follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use different containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary details, Do not discard disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleaning products, Speak with your Manager or the Recycling Organizer of the facility for any extra info regarding the facility's recycling treatments. CSI REDUCES: Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Use separate containers for trash and recyclable materials at your desk and central places, Print double sided (conserves up to 50%), Uses paperless payroll system to ease paper checks to assist minimize the total ecological footprint of our organization, Print just when essential, Proof reads documents for errors before printing to prevent waste, Sends e-mail memos to save paper, Avoids printing e-mails, Evaluates any paper copy storage, replace with a back- up hard drive for centralized storage, Uses email instead of sending letters by post, Changes devices off entirely at night and at weekends, Puts equipment on power save where possible, Purchases durable equipment, Has paper recycling stations next to photocopiers and printers, Utilizes energy efficient light bulbs (Typically they consume 8% less energy than a standard bulb It lasts about 12 times longer), Flattens all cardboard boxes. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (probably paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and jars, and tin/steel food and drink cans, throws caps and lids in the garbage, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and smart phones.
