CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Facility Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and sustain a way of life with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous enhancement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervision and management must relay a standard of Facility Services every employee understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all segments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our high standards for measuring job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Facility Services. Every company has unique situations that demand we individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Facility Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its clients recycling treatments. We are accountable to develop, manage, and completely support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our employees. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and cultivate a positive mindset to recycling, Act as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Help our customers with the application of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental regulations worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. At our Customers' center-- All CSI employees must follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary info, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleaning items, Speak with your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the facility for any extra details relating to the center's recycling procedures. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant material (probably paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and containers, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, throws caps and covers in the trash, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles workplace furniture, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and mobile phones.
