CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Facility Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and sustain a way of life with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous advancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a set directive of Facility Services every employee comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all segments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection documents will provide a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Facility Services. Every company has different requirements that demand we individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Facility Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its clients recycling procedures. We are accountable to establish, manage, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our employees. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and foster a positive attitude towards recycling, Serve as a liaison between CSI and our customers, Assist our customers with the execution of their recycling procedures, Comply with governmental guidelines concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. Business Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling treatments, Have a positive attitude to waste decrease and recycling within your workspace, Recommend or suggest methods of lowering waste. At our Customers' center-- All CSI employees need to follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage different containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary details, Do not discard non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleaning items, Speak with your Manager or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any extra info relating to the facility's recycling treatments.
