CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Facility Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and strengthen a way of life with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continued advancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervisors and management must communicate a set directive of Facility Services the line worker follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our top levels for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Facility Services. Every company has unique situations that require us to customize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses several traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Facility Services promised with the best quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is devoted to providing a clean and healthy place of employment for all our staff and yours. Presidential Executive Order 13101, issued in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton directed the building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated facilities globally to begin the use of green cleaning products. The Order also defined green cleaning for the first time, stating that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now means the best use of goods that reduce indoor pollution while reducing environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Preservation of a healthy environment is the joint job of supervisors and employees at all levels of the CSI company. Every employee is trained and held accountable to achieve the goal of eliminating the exterior’s role on the local territory and to emphasize and execute environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI comprehends that the idea of stewardship-- "the responsibility for handling, performing or supervising the quality, state or condition of an institutional or commercial building"- is necessary to the green cleaning point of view and important to the success of our green cleaning program. CSI is committed to follow a set of stewardship concepts that have actually been established by pioneers of the green cleansing motion.
