Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous enhancement, not just an inspection program. It means supervisors and management must relay a set directive of Green Seal Standard Of Cleaning the line worker comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all departments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our high standards for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection documents will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Green Seal Standard Of Cleaning. Every building has unique situations that demand we customize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys several traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Green Seal Standard Of Cleaning promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its customers recycling procedures. We are accountable to establish, manage, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our employees. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI workers need to follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage different containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not discard non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleaning items, Talk to your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the center for any additional details relating to the center's recycling treatments.
