CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Integrated Facility Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to develop and strengthen a way of life with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a task of continued advancement, not just an observation platform. It means supervision and management must enforce a standard of Integrated Facility Services every employee comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all segments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis documents are capable of providing a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Integrated Facility Services. Every company has different requirements that demand we individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes multiple standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Integrated Facility Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its customers recycling procedures. We are responsible to establish, manage, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients as well as our staff members. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the importance of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage participation and foster a favorable mindset towards recycling, Serve as a liaison in between CSI and our clients, Assist our clients with the application of their recycling procedures, Comply with governmental guidelines worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. At our Customers' facility-- All CSI staff members should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use different containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary details, Do not get rid of non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleaning items, Talk to your Supervisor or the Recycling Planner of the center for any additional info relating to the center's recycling procedures. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (more than likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and jars, and tin/steel food and drink cans, throws caps and lids in the garbage, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furniture, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and mobile phones.
