CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Integrated Facility Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a culture with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous enhancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a standard of Integrated Facility Services the line worker understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for measuring job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis documents will provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Integrated Facility Services. Every building has unique situations that require us to individualize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Integrated Facility Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its clients recycling procedures. We are accountable to establish, manage, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our workers. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our staff members in the value of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and cultivate a positive mindset to recycling, Act as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Help our customers with the application of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental regulations worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items.
