CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Integrated Facility Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to develop and strengthen a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous improvement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervisors and management must relay a set directive of Integrated Facility Services the line worker follows and trusts. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all departments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis reports are able to provide a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Integrated Facility Services. Every facility has unique challenges that demand we customize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes multiple standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Integrated Facility Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will abide by its customers recycling treatments. We are responsible to establish, handle, and totally support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our workers. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and foster a favorable mindset to recycling, Function as an intermediary between CSI and our customers, Assist our clients with the implementation of their recycling treatments, Adhere to governmental policies worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items.
