The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our top levels for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Operations Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will abide by its customers recycling procedures. We are accountable to establish, manage, and totally support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our employees. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the value of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and cultivate a positive mindset towards recycling, Act as an intermediary in between CSI and our clients, Help our customers with the application of their recycling treatments, Adhere to governmental policies concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling treatments, Have a positive mindset to waste reduction and recycling within your working area, Suggest or recommend methods of lowering waste. At our Clients' center-- All CSI employees need to follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use different containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive info, Do not throw away non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleansing products, Speak with your Supervisor or the Recycling Planner of the center for any additional info regarding the center's recycling treatments.
