CSI INTERNATIONAL, INC. Recycling Services CSI deploys several traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Recycling Services promised with uncompromising quality. Employee safety is one of our business priorities and it is a CSI intention to support a clean, safe and healthy work setting for all employees. CSI complies with all safety and health laws that are enacted by local, state and federal agencies. CSI will provide safety protocols, executive commands, personal protective gear and instruction to abate and reduce exposure to dangerous material and avert injury and illness. CSI has created, and will continually redo, policies, rules, and procedures, which will improve upon the safety of all employee. Creation and preservation of a safe environment is the shared responsibility of management and staff at all levels of the organization. For this purpose, all practical efforts needs to be made to accomplish the objective of accident prevention and health preservation. Our thinking is to control and eliminate, to the maximum amount, any risk involved in the performance of our Recycling Services. CSI has the responsibility to: Perfectly and thoroughly reinforce the Safety Program, Perpetuate a workplace that is safe and healthy for the staff, Follow occupational safety and health standards, rules, regulations and orders, Perpetuate a successful accident prevention plan. CSI expects all employees to work in a manner of solid safe practices as posted, trained, and discussed. Management require that employees observe and execute every rule, regulation and order needed for the safe conduct of work, and require they take appropriate steps necessary to secure compliance. Staff will submit to CSI’s safety program by obeying all safety rules, letting management know of safety concerns and recommending actions to improve the effectiveness of the CSI Safety Program. There is no task so pertinent—nor any service so urgent—that staff cannot take the time to work safely. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI International, Inc. is devoted to delivering a clean and healthy workplace for all our employees and yours. Presidential Executive Order 13101, delivered in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton required the use of green cleaning products by facility managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated facilities globally. Executive Order 13101 also established what green cleaning was for the first time, communicating that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now means the best use of products that diminish indoor pollution simultaneously reducing environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Preservation of a healthy workplace is the shared responsibility of management and staff at all levels of the CSI company. Every staff member is trained and held accountable to reach the goal of reducing the exterior’s role on the local territory and to highlight and practice environmentally safe, low impact cleaning chemicals and practices. CSI understands that the idea of stewardship-- "the duty for handling, carrying out or supervising the quality, state or condition of an institutional or business structure"- is important to the green cleaning point of view and integral to the success of our green cleansing program. CSI is dedicated to follow a set of stewardship principles that have been developed by leaders of the green cleaning movement. These principles will help in our efforts to be excellent stewards of the buildings we service, their residents, our staff members, and the overall environment.
