CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Recycling Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to create and strengthen a way of life with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued improvement, not just an observation platform. It means supervisors and management must relay a standard of Recycling Services the line worker understands and believes in. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all departments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our client’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports are able to provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Recycling Services. Every facility has different requirements that demand we customize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys several traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Recycling Services promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Services GS-42, develops ecological requirements for cleaning up service providers of business, public, and institutional structures, consisting of in-house and external cleaning services, to produce a green cleansing program that protects human health and the environment. The basic takes a systems approach with cleansing. Guidance is offered tools and items utilized for cleansing (what is used for cleansing) and includes staff training and planning (how cleansing is done). The requirement likewise includes emphasis on environmental improvements that decrease toxicity, waste, and direct exposure to both building residents and custodial staff.
