The motivator behind our Quality Program is the establishment of a quality culture that focuses on customer’s demands, includes every employee, maintains continuous performance levels, and strives to continually improve. To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management process, and a set of disciplines that are relayed to all departments and levels of the company to make sure that we consistently reach or exceed our customer’s expectations. CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Business Building Management strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued enhancement, not just an observation platform. It means supervisors and management must relay a set directive of Business Building Management the line worker understands and believes in. To achieve this goal CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for measuring job performance, executing training programs and identifying and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview documents are able to provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Business Building Management. Every facility has unique challenges that require us to individualize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses many standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Business Building Management promised with the best quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI International, Inc. is dedicated to providing a clean and healthy working environment for all our staff and yours. Presidential Executive Order 13101, delivered in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton directed the building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings globally to begin the use of green cleaning products. Executive Order 13101 also clarified what green cleaning is for the first time, stating that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now stands for the best use of goods that reduce indoor pollution simultaneously reducing environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Maintenance of a healthy workplace is the joint responsibility of supervisors and employees at every stage of the CSI organization. Every employee is trained and held accountable to achieve the goal of minimizing the exterior’s impact on the local environment and to stress and practice environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI comprehends that the concept of stewardship-- "the obligation for managing, carrying out or monitoring the quality, state or condition of an institutional or business structure"- is important to the green cleaning viewpoint and integral to the success of our green cleaning program. CSI is dedicated to follow a set of stewardship concepts that have been established by pioneers of the green cleansing motion. These concepts will assist in our efforts to be excellent stewards of the structures we service, their occupants, our staff members, and the general environment.
