Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of guidelines that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the organization to insure that we consistently meet or surpass our customer’s needs. CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Business Building Management strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous enhancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must relay a set directive of Business Building Management everyone comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all departments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis reports are able to provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Business Building Management. Every facility has different requirements that require us to individualize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses several standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Business Building Management promised with the best quality. Green Cleaning is described as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is committed to delivering a clean and healthy workplace for every one of our staff and yours. Presidential Executive Order 13101, delivered in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton required the facility managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings worldwide to start the use of green cleaning products. The Order also established what green cleaning was for the first time, stating that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning is now the best use of goods that minimize indoor pollution as well as reduce environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Maintaining of a healthy environment is the joint job of supervisors and staff at all stages of the CSI company. Every employee is trained and held responsible to reach the goal of minimizing the exterior’s impact on the local territory and to stress and exercise environmentally safe, low impact cleaning chemicals and practices. CSI understands that the idea of stewardship-- "the obligation for handling, conducting or supervising the quality, state or condition of an institutional or commercial structure"- is essential to the green cleaning point of view and essential to the success of our green cleaning program. CSI is committed to follow a set of stewardship concepts that have actually been developed by pioneers of the green cleansing movement. These concepts will assist in our efforts to be good stewards of the structures we service, their residents, our employees, and the total environment.
