CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Business Facility Operations strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to create and strengthen a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous improvement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervisors and management must relay a set directive of Business Facility Operations every employee understands and believes in. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all segments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers will get regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Business Facility Operations. Every company has unique challenges that demand we individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys multiple traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Business Facility Operations promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will adhere to its customers recycling procedures. We are accountable to develop, handle, and completely support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our employees. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the value of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and foster a favorable mindset towards recycling, Act as an intermediary in between CSI and our clients, Assist our clients with the application of their recycling treatments, Adhere to governmental guidelines worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. At our Clients' center-- All CSI employees should follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage different containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary info, Do not get rid of non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleaning items, Consult with your Supervisor or the Recycling Coordinator of the facility for any extra information relating to the facility's recycling treatments. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (most likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and containers, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, throws caps and covers in the trash, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles workplace furniture, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and cellphones.
