CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Business Facility Operations strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and sustain a culture with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a task of continued improvement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervisors and management must communicate a standard of Business Facility Operations everyone comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all departments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis documents are capable of providing a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Business Facility Operations. The Order also defined green cleaning for the first time, saying that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now means the best use of goods that diminish indoor pollution while reducing environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Preservation of a healthy environment is the shared responsibility of management and employees at all levels of the CSI organization. All staff is trained and held responsible to achieve the goal of reducing the exterior’s role on the local environment and to stress and exercise environmentally safe, low impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI comprehends that the concept of stewardship-- "the duty for managing, performing or monitoring the quality, state or condition of a commercial or institutional building"- is vital to the green cleansing point of view and important to the success of our green cleaning program. CSI is dedicated to follow a set of stewardship principles that have been established by pioneers of the green cleansing movement.
