Development and conservation of a safe setting is a joint function of management and employees at all levels of the organization. To this end, every reasonable effort needs to be taken to reach the goal of accident prevention and health preservation. Our thinking is to control and eliminate, to the greatest extent possible, any risk associated in the undertaking of our Business Facility Operations. CSI has the accountability to: Fully and completely sustain the Safety Program, Maintain a workplace that is safe and healthful for the employees, Adhere to occupational safety and health standards, rules, regulations and orders, Maintain an advantageous accident prevention program. CSI expects all employees to work according to solid safety procedures as posted, educated on, and reviewed. Management stress that staff witness and execute every rule, regulation and order needed for the safe performance of their job, and shall take such action needed to secure compliance. Staff will subscribe to CSI’s safety protocol by obeying all safety rules, telling management about unsafe situations and recommending ways to improve upon the CSI Safety Program. There is no task so pertinent—nor any service so urgent—that employees should avoid working safely. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will adhere to its clients recycling procedures. We are accountable to develop, manage, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our workers. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the importance of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage participation and cultivate a positive mindset to recycling, Function as a liaison between CSI and our clients, Assist our clients with the execution of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental guidelines concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. At our Customers' center-- All CSI staff members must follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary info, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleansing products, Seek advice from your Manager or the Recycling Organizer of the facility for any additional information relating to the center's recycling procedures.
