The primary purpose of our Quality Program is the creation of a quality craft that focuses on customer’s needs, includes every employee, constantly measures performance, and thrives on continuous improvement. Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of guidelines that are relayed to all facets of the organization to make sure that all employees continuously meet or exceed our customer’s needs. CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Business Facility Operations strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to develop and strengthen a culture with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continued enhancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a standard of Business Facility Operations everyone comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all departments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our top levels for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and identifying and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview reports are capable of providing a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Business Facility Operations. Every building has unique challenges that demand we individualize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI uses multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Business Facility Operations promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Services GS-42, establishes environmental requirements for cleaning up company of business, public, and institutional structures, consisting of in-house and external cleaning services, to create a green cleansing program that secures human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleansing. Guidance is attended to tools and products utilized for cleansing (exactly what is used for cleansing) and consists of staff training and preparation (how cleansing is done). The standard also consists of emphasis on environmental enhancements that decrease toxicity, waste, and exposure to both structure occupants and custodial staff. The requirement can act as a tool to help business begin to do something about it to improve their cleaning company and is available for Green Seal certification.
