To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of guidelines that are relayed to all departments and levels of the company to insure that we consistently meet or surpass our customer’s expectations. CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Corporate Building Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and strengthen a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continued enhancement, not just an observation platform. It means supervisors and management must relay a standard of Corporate Building Services the line worker understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our high standards for measuring job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis documents are able to provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Building Services. Every building has unique situations that require us to customize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently delivering the Corporate Building Services promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Services GS-42, develops ecological requirements for cleaning up provider of industrial, public, and institutional structures, consisting of in-house and external cleaning services, to create a green cleaning program that protects human health and the environment. The basic takes a systems approach with cleaning. Assistance is attended to tools and products utilized for cleaning (exactly what is used for cleansing) and consists of personnel training and planning (how cleaning is done). The requirement also consists of focus on ecological improvements that reduce toxicity, waste, and direct exposure to both structure residents and custodial personnel. The standard can work as a tool to assist business start to do something about it to improve their cleaning company and is readily available for Green Seal accreditation.
