From the day our doors opened in 1989 CSI International, Inc. has been a customer focused and quality demanding organization. The motivator behind our Quality Program is the creation of a quality craft that focuses on customer’s demands, involves every level of employee, maintains continuous performance levels, and thrives on continuous improvement. To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management process, and a set of guidelines that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the organization to make sure that we continuously meet or surpass our customer’s expectations. CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Corporate Building Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to develop and strengthen a way of life with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous improvement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervision and management must enforce a standard of Corporate Building Services the line worker understands and believes in. To achieve this goal CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all departments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our high standards for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection documents will provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Building Services. Every building has unique situations that require us to individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses several standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Corporate Building Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI's ecologically responsible items combined with our "green" initiatives are maintaining the environment'& #39; s health and yours. CSI Green uses only eco-responsible products, including low allergenic, non-toxic and naturally degradable cleaning agents, HEPA ® micro-filtered vacuum and microfiber cloths and mops. Cleaning "green" helps in decreasing direct exposure to potentially damaging chemicals that can endanger the health and wellness of building residents, visitors and the cleansing personnels plus reducing the negative effect on the environment.
