CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Corporate Building Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to develop and strengthen a culture with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued improvement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervision and management must enforce a set directive of Corporate Building Services every employee understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview documents are able to provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Building Services. Every facility has unique challenges that require us to individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Corporate Building Services promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Solutions GS-42, develops ecological requirements for cleaning up service providers of industrial, public, and institutional structures, consisting of in-house and external cleaning services, to create a green cleaning program that safeguards human health and the environment.
