To achieve this goal CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our customer’s expectations. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys several traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Corporate Custodial Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its customers recycling procedures. We are responsible to establish, handle, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our employees. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and promote a positive attitude towards recycling, Serve as a liaison between CSI and our customers, Assist our clients with the implementation of their recycling procedures, Comply with governmental policies concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling procedures, Have a positive mindset towards waste reduction and recycling within your working area, Suggest or suggest methods of decreasing waste. At our Customers' center-- All CSI workers should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use different containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary details, Do not discard disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleansing items, Talk to your Manager or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any additional information concerning the center's recycling treatments. CSI REDUCES: Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Usage different containers for trash and recyclable materials at your desk and central areas, Print double sided (saves approximately 50%), Uses paperless payroll system to reduce paper checks to help decrease the general ecological footprint of our organization, Print only when necessary, Evidence reads documents for mistakes prior to printing to avoid waste, Sends e-mail memos to save paper, Prevents printing emails, Reviews any hard copy storage, replace with a back- up disk drive for central storage, Uses email rather of corresponding by post, Changes devices off entirely at night and at weekends, Puts devices on power save where possible, Purchases durable equipment, Has paper recycling stations next to photocopiers and printers, Utilizes energy effective light bulbs (Typically they take in 8% less energy than a standard bulb It lasts about 12 times longer), Flattens all cardboard boxes.
