To achieve this goal CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our high standards for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Facilities Operations promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its customers recycling procedures. We are accountable to develop, handle, and completely support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our staff members. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and promote a positive mindset to recycling, Serve as an intermediary between CSI and our customers, Assist our clients with the application of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental policies concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. Company Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling procedures, Have a positive mindset to waste decrease and recycling within your workspace, Recommend or suggest ways of minimizing waste. At our Clients' center-- All CSI employees need to follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary details, Do not get rid of disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleansing items, Speak with your Manager or the Recycling Organizer of the center for any extra information relating to the center's recycling treatments.
