To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management plan, and a set of disciplines that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the organization to insure that we consistently meet or surpass our client’s needs. CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Facilities Operations strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and strengthen a culture with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous enhancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervisors and management must relay a standard of Facilities Operations the line worker comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all aspects of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for gauging job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview documents are capable of providing a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Facilities Operations. Every facility has unique challenges that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The end result is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Facilities Operations promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its customers recycling procedures. We are accountable to establish, manage, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients as well as our workers. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and cultivate a favorable attitude towards recycling, Serve as an intermediary in between CSI and our customers, Assist our clients with the application of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental guidelines worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items.
