CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Property Management Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to develop and strengthen a culture with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued improvement, not just an observation platform. It means supervisors and management must enforce a standard of Property Management Services the line worker comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all aspects of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for gauging job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis documents will provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Property Management Services. Every company has different requirements that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI uses multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Property Management Services promised with the best quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is devoted to delivering a clean and healthy place of employment for every one of our staff and yours. In 1992, former President Bill Clinton delivered this presidential Executive Order 13101 which directed the facility managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings worldwide to start the use of green cleaning products. Executive Order 13101 also established what green cleaning was for the first time, saying that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning is now the best use of products that reduce indoor pollution while reducing environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Maintenance of a healthy workplace is the joint task of management and employees at all stages of the CSI organization. All employees are trained and held responsible to reach the goal of eliminating the exterior’s impact on the local territory and to emphasize and exercise environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and practices. CSI understands that the concept of stewardship-- "the duty for managing, monitoring the quality or performing, state or condition of an institutional or commercial building"- is necessary to the green cleaning viewpoint and essential to the success of our green cleaning program. CSI is committed to follow a set of stewardship concepts that have been established by leaders of the green cleansing movement.
