CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Property Management Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a way of life with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous enhancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervisors and management must relay a standard of Property Management Services everyone understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview documents will provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Property Management Services. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our staff members in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate participation and promote a favorable attitude towards recycling, Serve as a liaison between CSI and our clients, Assist our customers with the execution of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental regulations concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. At our Customers' facility-- All CSI workers must follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use different containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive info, Do not throw away non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleansing items, Speak with your Supervisor or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any extra details relating to the facility's recycling treatments.
