Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued improvement, not just an inspection program. It means supervision and management must communicate a set directive of Quality Cleaning every employee comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports will provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Quality Cleaning. Every building has unique challenges that demand we customize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys multiple standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Quality Cleaning promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its customers recycling procedures. We are responsible to develop, manage, and totally support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our employees. At our Clients' center-- All CSI staff members should follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not discard disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleansing items, Talk to your Supervisor or the Recycling Organizer of the center for any additional info regarding the center's recycling treatments.
