The main reason for our Quality Program is the instillment of quality that pays particular attention to customer’s expectations, involves every level of employee, constantly measures performance, and strives to continually improve. Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of guidelines that are coordinated to all facets of the organization to insure that all employees continuously reach or surpass our customer’s needs. CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Quality Facility Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to create and strengthen a way of life with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous advancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervisors and management must relay a set directive of Quality Facility Services every employee follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for assessing job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our client’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview reports will provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Quality Facility Services. Every company has unique situations that demand we customize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Quality Facility Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will abide by its customers recycling treatments. We are responsible to establish, handle, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients as well as our staff members. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate participation and foster a favorable attitude towards recycling, Serve as a liaison in between CSI and our clients, Assist our customers with the execution of their recycling treatments, Comply with governmental policies worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. Business Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling procedures, Have a favorable attitude towards waste reduction and recycling within your workspace, Suggest or recommend ways of minimizing waste. At our Customers' facility-- All CSI employees should follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive information, Do not get rid of non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleaning items, Seek advice from your Supervisor or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any additional details regarding the facility's recycling treatments.
