To meet this challenge CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our client’s expectations. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Quality Facility Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its clients recycling treatments. We are accountable to develop, manage, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our workers. At our Customers' facility-- All CSI employees should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary info, Do not get rid of non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleaning items, Seek advice from your Manager or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any extra information regarding the facility's recycling treatments.
