To achieve this goal CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all segments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for gauging job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our client’s expectations. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys several traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Quality Facility Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its customers recycling treatments. We are accountable to develop, manage, and completely support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our employees. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate participation and promote a favorable attitude to recycling, Serve as a liaison in between CSI and our clients, Help our clients with the application of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental regulations concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling treatments, Have a positive attitude to waste reduction and recycling within your working area, Recommend or recommend ways of reducing waste. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI workers should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage different containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary details, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleansing products, Consult with your Supervisor or the Recycling Coordinator of the facility for any additional information relating to the center's recycling procedures. CSI REDUCES: Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Use different containers for trash and recyclable products at your desk and main areas, Print double sided (conserves as much as 50%), Uses paperless payroll system to reduce paper checks to help minimize the general environmental footprint of our company, Print only when necessary, Evidence reads documents for mistakes before printing to avoid waste, Sends out e-mail memos to save paper, Prevents printing e-mails, Examines any hard copy storage, change with a back- up hard disk for centralized storage, Uses email rather of corresponding by post, Switches equipment off entirely at night and at weekends, Puts devices on power save where possible, Purchases resilient equipment, Has paper recycling stations beside photocopiers and printers, Uses energy effective light bulbs (On average they consume 8% less energy than a standard bulb It lasts about 12 times longer), Flattens all cardboard boxes.
