This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes many standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Safe Building Maintenance promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its customers recycling treatments. We are responsible to establish, manage, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our staff members. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and cultivate a favorable attitude towards recycling, Function as an intermediary between CSI and our clients, Assist our clients with the implementation of their recycling procedures, Adhere to governmental guidelines worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI workers need to follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage different containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleaning products, Seek advice from your Manager or the Recycling Coordinator of the facility for any additional details relating to the facility's recycling treatments.
