CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Safe Building Maintenance strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to create and sustain a way of life with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a task of continued improvement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervision and management must communicate a set directive of Safe Building Maintenance everyone follows and trusts. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our high standards for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection documents are able to provide a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Safe Building Maintenance. Every company has different requirements that demand we customize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The end result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. At our Consumers' center-- All CSI staff members need to follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary info, Do not throw away non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleansing items, Seek advice from your Manager or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any additional information concerning the facility's recycling treatments.
