Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of guidelines that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the organization to make sure that we consistently meet or surpass our customer’s needs. CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Safe Custodial Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous improvement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervision and management must relay a set directive of Safe Custodial Services everyone comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all segments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our high standards for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Safe Custodial Services. Every company has different requirements that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI uses multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Safe Custodial Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to establish, handle, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our workers. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our staff members in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and promote a positive mindset to recycling, Act as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Help our customers with the execution of their recycling procedures, Adhere to governmental guidelines concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI employees should follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive information, Do not throw away non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleansing products, Talk to your Supervisor or the Recycling Planner of the center for any extra info concerning the center's recycling procedures.
