Quality for CSI is a process of continued advancement, not just an observation platform. It means supervision and management must enforce a set directive of Safe Custodial Services everyone follows and trusts. To meet this challenge CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all segments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview reports will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Safe Custodial Services. Every company has unique situations that demand we customize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Safe Custodial Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its customers recycling procedures. We are accountable to establish, handle, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients as well as our workers. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the importance of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate participation and cultivate a positive attitude to recycling, Serve as a liaison in between CSI and our clients, Help our clients with the application of their recycling procedures, Adhere to governmental regulations worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling procedures, Have a positive mindset to waste decrease and recycling within your working area, Advise or recommend ways of minimizing waste. At our Clients' center-- All CSI workers must follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary details, Do not get rid of non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleaning products, Consult with your Manager or the Recycling Coordinator of the facility for any extra information relating to the center's recycling treatments. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant material (probably paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and containers, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, tosses caps and covers in the garbage, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles workplace furniture, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and mobile phones.
