CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Single Tenant Facility Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to create and sustain a culture with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous improvement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervisors and management must relay a set directive of Single Tenant Facility Services every employee follows and trusts. To meet this challenge CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all departments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports are capable of providing a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Single Tenant Facility Services. Every company has different requirements that demand we customize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the customer.
