CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Single Tenant Facility Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous advancement, not just an inspection program. It means supervision and management must communicate a set directive of Single Tenant Facility Services every employee follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our top levels for measuring job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports are able to provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Single Tenant Facility Services. Every building has unique challenges that demand we individualize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys many standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Single Tenant Facility Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its clients recycling procedures. We are responsible to establish, manage, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our workers. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our staff members in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and foster a favorable attitude to recycling, Act as an intermediary between CSI and our clients, Assist our customers with the application of their recycling procedures, Comply with governmental guidelines concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. Company Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling treatments, Have a positive attitude towards waste reduction and recycling within your workspace, Advise or recommend methods of minimizing waste. At our Clients' center-- All CSI employees must follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use different containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not get rid of disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleansing items, Speak with your Manager or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any extra details regarding the center's recycling procedures. CSI REDUCES: Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Usage separate containers for trash and recyclable materials at your desk and central areas, Print double sided (conserves as much as 50%), Utilizes paperless payroll system to ease paper checks to assist lessen the overall environmental footprint of our company, Print only when necessary, Evidence checks out files for errors before printing to avoid waste, Sends email memos to conserve paper, Prevents printing emails, Examines any hard copy storage, change with a back- up disk drive for centralized storage, Utilizes e-mail rather of sending letters by post, Changes devices off totally at night and at weekends, Puts devices on power save where possible, Purchases resilient equipment, Has paper recycling stations beside photocopiers and printers, Uses energy effective light bulbs (Usually they consume 8% less energy than a basic bulb It lasts about 12 times longer), Flattens all cardboard boxes. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (most likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and containers, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, throws caps and covers in the garbage, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles workplace furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and cellphones.
