CSI International, Inc., from the start in 1989, has been a client focused, quality driven company. CSI’s Quality Plan as its foundation a management practice and a set of directions that are aligned to all sections and levels of the company to make sure that we continually meet, if not exceed our clients’ requirements. CSI’s senior management staff has dedicated itself to organize its service strategy and operations around our customers’ requirements, and to build and maintain a culture with high employee envolvement. Quality for CSI is a process of constant improvement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervision and management must relay a set directive of Single Tenant Facility Services every employee understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Single Tenant Facility Services promised with the best quality. Green Cleaning is described as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is committed to delivering a clean and healthy workplace for every one of our staff and yours. Presidential Executive Order 13101, delivered in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton lead the use of green cleaning products by facility managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated facilities globally. Executive Order 13101 also defined green cleaning for the first time, communicating that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now stands for the most favorable use of products that minimize indoor pollution as well as reduce environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Maintaining of a healthy environment is the shared job of management and employees at every stage of the CSI organization. Every employee is trained and held accountable to reach the goal of reducing the exterior’s role on the local territory and to highlight and execute environmentally safe, low impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI understands that the principle of stewardship-- "the duty for handling, monitoring the quality or carrying out, state or condition of an institutional or business structure"- is necessary to the green cleaning perspective and essential to the success of our green cleansing program. CSI is committed to follow a set of stewardship concepts that have been developed by pioneers of the green cleaning movement. These concepts will help in our efforts to be excellent stewards of the structures we service, their occupants, our workers, and the overall environment. Tidy for health first and appearance 2nd, Decrease human exposure to pollutants and cleaning products, Recognize cleaning as an ecological health benefit, Dedicate to occupational development of cleaning workers, Interact the worth of healthy buildings, Minimize chemical, moisture and particle residue when cleaning, Guarantee employee and occupant safety, Contain and reduce all pollutants entering the structure, Dispose of cleansing items in environmentally safe methods, Develop and record routine upkeep schedules.
