To achieve this goal CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our client’s expectations. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Value Added Facility Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its clients recycling treatments. We are accountable to establish, handle, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our employees. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and foster a positive mindset to recycling, Serve as a liaison between CSI and our customers, Assist our customers with the application of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental policies concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products.
