This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys several standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently delivering the Building Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will abide by its customers recycling treatments. We are accountable to develop, manage, and totally support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our workers. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and foster a positive attitude towards recycling, Act as an intermediary between CSI and our clients, Help our customers with the execution of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental regulations concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling treatments, Have a favorable mindset to waste reduction and recycling within your working area, Advise or recommend methods of lowering waste. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI workers need to follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use different containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleansing products, Seek advice from your Supervisor or the Recycling Organizer of the facility for any additional information regarding the facility's recycling treatments.
