Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management process, and a set of guidelines that are relayed to all departments and levels of the organization to insure that all employees consistently meet or surpass our customer’s requirements. CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Building Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to create and sustain a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continued advancement, not just an observation platform. It means supervisors and management must communicate a standard of Building Services everyone follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all aspects of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for gauging job performance, executing training programs and identifying and surpassing our client’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview documents will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Building Services. Every building has unique challenges that require us to customize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Building Services promised with the best quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is dedicated to providing a clean and healthy workplace for every one of our employees and yours. In 1992, former President Bill Clinton issued this presidential Executive Order 13101 which required the use of green cleaning products by building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings worldwide. The Order also clarified what green cleaning is for the first time, communicating that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now stands for the best use of goods that minimize indoor pollution as well as reduce environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Maintaining of a healthy workplace is the joint task of management and employees at every level of the CSI company. Every staff member is trained and held accountable to reach the goal of reducing the exterior’s impact on the local environment and to stress and practice environmentally safe, low impact cleaning chemicals and practices. CSI comprehends that the concept of stewardship-- "the obligation for handling, supervising the quality or performing, state or condition of an institutional or commercial structure"- is essential to the green cleaning viewpoint and integral to the success of our green cleansing program.
