CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Building Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to create and sustain a way of life with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a task of continued enhancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervisors and management must communicate a set directive of Building Services everyone comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all segments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers will get regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection reports are able to provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Building Services. Every company has unique challenges that require us to customize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys several traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Building Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its customers recycling procedures. We are responsible to establish, handle, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our employees. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI employees must follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage different containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive info, Do not throw away non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleaning items, Consult with your Manager or the Recycling Coordinator of the facility for any extra info concerning the center's recycling treatments.
