CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Building Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and sustain a culture with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continued improvement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must relay a standard of Building Services everyone understands and believes in. To achieve this goal CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all aspects of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Building Services. Every company has unique situations that require us to individualize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Building Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its clients recycling procedures. We are accountable to develop, handle, and completely support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our workers. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and promote a positive attitude to recycling, Function as an intermediary in between CSI and our clients, Help our clients with the application of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental guidelines worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI staff members must follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage different containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not get rid of non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleansing products, Consult with your Supervisor or the Recycling Planner of the center for any additional info regarding the facility's recycling treatments.
