CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Business Building Maintenance strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to create and strengthen a culture with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous advancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervisors and management must communicate a set directive of Business Building Maintenance every employee follows and trusts. To meet this challenge CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all departments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis reports will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Business Building Maintenance. Every building has unique situations that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys several standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Business Building Maintenance promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its customers recycling treatments. We are accountable to establish, manage, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our employees. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and foster a favorable attitude to recycling, Serve as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Assist our clients with the execution of their recycling treatments, Adhere to governmental policies worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. Company Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling procedures, Have a positive mindset towards waste reduction and recycling within your working area, Advise or suggest methods of decreasing waste. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI employees must follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive info, Do not discard disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleaning items, Speak with your Supervisor or the Recycling Organizer of the facility for any extra info relating to the center's recycling treatments.
