CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Business Building Maintenance strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to develop and strengthen a culture with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued enhancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervisors and management must communicate a standard of Business Building Maintenance everyone comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all segments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our high standards for assessing job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis documents are capable of providing a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Business Building Maintenance. Every building has unique situations that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses several standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Business Building Maintenance promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will abide by its customers recycling procedures. We are responsible to establish, manage, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients as well as our workers. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and promote a favorable mindset towards recycling, Act as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Assist our clients with the application of their recycling treatments, Adhere to governmental policies concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. At our Customers' facility-- All CSI employees need to follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not get rid of disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleaning items, Consult with your Manager or the Recycling Coordinator of the facility for any additional details relating to the facility's recycling treatments.
