From our start in 1989 CSI International, Inc. has always been a customer focused and results guided organization. The motivator behind our Quality Program is the establishment of a quality culture that pays particular attention to customer’s expectations, includes employees at all levels, maintains continuous performance levels, and strives to continually improve. Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management process, and a set of rules that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the organization to insure that we consistently meet or exceed our customer’s needs. CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Corporate Facility Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to develop and strengthen a way of life with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a task of continued enhancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervisors and management must communicate a set directive of Corporate Facility Services the line worker understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all departments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports are able to provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Facility Services. Every building has unique challenges that require us to individualize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes multiple traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Corporate Facility Services promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Services GS-42, develops environmental requirements for cleaning provider of commercial, public, and institutional structures, including in-house and external cleaning services, to develop a green cleaning program that protects human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleansing. Guidance is attended to tools and items used for cleaning (exactly what is utilized for cleansing) and consists of staff training and planning (how cleansing is done). The standard likewise consists of emphasis on ecological enhancements that reduce toxicity, waste, and direct exposure to both structure occupants and custodial staff. The standard can work as a tool to help companies start to act to enhance their cleaning service and is offered for Green Seal accreditation.
