To meet this challenge CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our client’s expectations. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes several standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Corporate Facility Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its clients recycling procedures. We are responsible to develop, handle, and completely support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our employees. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and cultivate a positive attitude to recycling, Function as an intermediary in between CSI and our customers, Assist our clients with the application of their recycling treatments, Comply with governmental policies worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling treatments, Have a favorable mindset towards waste decrease and recycling within your workspace, Suggest or recommend methods of lowering waste. At our Customers' facility-- All CSI employees must follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use different containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary info, Do not discard non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleansing items, Speak with your Supervisor or the Recycling Coordinator of the facility for any additional details regarding the facility's recycling procedures.
