Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous enhancement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a set directive of Corporate Facility Services the line worker understands and believes in. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our clients will get regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection reports are capable of providing a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Facility Services. Every building has unique challenges that demand we individualize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Corporate Facility Services promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Providers GS-42, develops environmental requirements for cleaning up company of business, public, and institutional structures, consisting of in-house and external cleaning services, to create a green cleansing program that protects human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleaning. Guidance is provided for tools and items utilized for cleaning (what is utilized for cleaning) and includes personnel training and preparation (how cleansing is done). The requirement likewise includes focus on ecological enhancements that minimize toxicity, waste, and direct exposure to both structure occupants and custodial staff.
