CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Corporate Facility Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and sustain a way of life with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous advancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a set directive of Corporate Facility Services every employee follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection documents are able to provide a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Facility Services. Every company has unique situations that require us to customize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Corporate Facility Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its customers recycling procedures. We are responsible to establish, handle, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our employees. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and cultivate a positive attitude to recycling, Act as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Help our clients with the application of their recycling treatments, Comply with governmental guidelines concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. Business Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling treatments, Have a favorable mindset to waste reduction and recycling within your working area, Recommend or suggest methods of reducing waste. At our Customers' facility-- All CSI workers should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive information, Do not get rid of disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleansing items, Seek advice from your Manager or the Recycling Organizer of the center for any additional info regarding the center's recycling procedures.
