Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued enhancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must relay a standard of Corporate Services everyone comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for gauging job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview documents are capable of providing a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Services. Presidential Executive Order 13101, issued in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton required the building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated facilities worldwide to start using green cleaning products. The Order also established what green cleaning was for the first time, stating that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now means the best use of products that diminish indoor pollution simultaneously reducing environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Maintaining of a healthy workplace is the shared job of supervisors and staff at every level of the CSI company. All employees are trained and held accountable to reach the goal of eliminating the exterior’s role on the local territory and to highlight and exercise environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and practices.
