CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Corporate Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and strengthen a way of life with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued improvement, not just an observation platform. It means supervision and management must enforce a set directive of Corporate Services the line worker follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all departments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection reports will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Services. Every facility has unique situations that require us to customize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Corporate Services promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI International, Inc. is committed to delivering a clean and healthy working environment for all our staff and your building’s occupants. Presidential Executive Order 13101, issued in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton directed the building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings globally to begin using green cleaning products. Executive Order 13101 also clarified what green cleaning is for the first time, communicating that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning is now the most favorable use of goods that diminish indoor pollution simultaneously reducing environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Maintaining of a healthy workplace is the joint responsibility of supervisors and employees at all stages of the CSI organization.
