The main reason for our Quality Program is the establishment of a quality culture that pays particular attention to customer’s expectations, includes employees at all levels, continuously measures performance, and strives to continually improve. Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of disciplines that are relayed to all facets of the company to insure that all employees consistently reach or surpass our customer’s requirements. CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Environmental Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to develop and sustain a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous advancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervision and management must relay a set directive of Environmental Services every employee follows and trusts. To achieve this goal CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all departments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for measuring job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview documents are able to provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Environmental Services. Every company has different requirements that require us to customize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI uses many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Environmental Services promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is described as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI International, Inc. is devoted to providing a clean and healthy place of employment for all our staff and yours. In 1992, former President Bill Clinton delivered this presidential Executive Order 13101 which required the facility managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings worldwide to begin the use of green cleaning products. Executive Order 13101 also established what green cleaning was for the first time, stating that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning is now the most favorable use of goods that minimize indoor pollution as well as reduce environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Maintaining of a healthy workplace is the shared job of management and staff at every stage of the CSI organization. All staff is trained and held responsible to reach the goal of reducing the exterior’s role on the local environment and to stress and exercise environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI comprehends that the concept of stewardship-- "the obligation for managing, monitoring the quality or performing, state or condition of an institutional or industrial building"- is necessary to the green cleaning perspective and essential to the success of our green cleansing program. CSI is devoted to follow a set of stewardship principles that have been developed by pioneers of the green cleaning movement. These principles will help in our efforts to be great stewards of the buildings we service, their occupants, our workers, and the overall environment.
