Facility Operations West Palm Beach

“We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give” Winston Churchill

CSI INTERNATIONAL, INC. Facility OperationsFrom our start in 1989 CSI International, Inc. has always been a client oriented and quality guided company. The primary purpose of our Quality Program is the instillment of quality that pays particular attention to customer’s needs, includes every employee, continuously measures performance, and thrives on continuous improvement. To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management process, and a set of rules that are relayed to all departments and levels of the company to insure that all employees consistently meet or exceed our customer’s requirements. CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Facility Operations strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to create and sustain a culture with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous enhancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervision and management must communicate a set directive of Facility Operations everyone follows and trusts. To achieve this goal CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. With these things in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our clients will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis reports will provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Facility Operations. Every facility has different requirements that demand we individualize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed.
