To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of guidelines that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the company to make sure that we consistently reach or exceed our client’s needs. CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Facility Operations strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continued improvement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervision and management must relay a standard of Facility Operations the line worker comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all departments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview documents are capable of providing a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Facility Operations. Every building has different requirements that demand we customize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys several standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Facility Operations promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Providers GS-42, establishes ecological requirements for cleaning up provider of business, public, and institutional buildings, including in-house and external cleaning services, to create a green cleaning program that safeguards human health and the environment. The basic takes a systems approach with cleaning. Assistance is offered tools and items utilized for cleaning (exactly what is utilized for cleaning) and includes staff training and planning (how cleansing is done). The requirement also includes focus on ecological improvements that reduce toxicity, waste, and direct exposure to both building occupants and custodial staff. The standard can function as a tool to help companies start to do something about it to improve their cleaning company and is readily available for Green Seal accreditation.
